Greetings Friends of Helix Community Schools,

Helix Community Schools is committed to providing our students with enriching experiences that foster their growth and creativity. We are seeking your support as a sponsor for a few exciting student experience events for Helix Mentorship Academy scholars.

Event Overview

1. 1. Experiencing the Arts
   We aim to take 50 scholars to see a Broadway play at the Saenger Theater in New Orleans. This experience will not only ignite their passion for the arts but also provide them with an opportunity to appreciate the performing arts on a grand scale. Total Funding Needed: $5,000.

2. 2. Framing Freshmen
   Our Freshman Academy is dedicated to celebrating good behavior and academic achievements. We have planned two exciting events to reward our freshmen:

  • • • Achievement Level 1 - Freshman Fun Day: A day filled with activities and games to celebrate our students’ accomplishments. Total Funding Needed: $3,500.

• Achievement Level 2 - Freshman Trip: A memorable trip for students who reach the next level of achievement, further motivating them to excel. Total Funding Needed: $5,000.

Funding Request

To successfully execute these and other similar events, we kindly request your support through sponsorship. The total funding we are seeking amounts to $20,000. Your contribution will play a vital role in ensuring that these experiences are not only memorable but also accessible to our students.

Sponsor Levels

To make sponsorship simple, we have established the following sponsor levels:

•           Bronze Sponsor: $500
•           Silver Sponsor: $1,000
•           Gold Sponsor: $1,500
•           Platinum Sponsor: $2,500
•           Diamond Sponsor: $5,000

Deadline for Funding

To support our efforts, please process your contribution at Helix Community Schools 2025 Fundraiser or mail checks payable to Helix Community Schools to 4400 Airpark, Baton Rouge, LA 70807 and note that the donation is for the Helix Community School's Spring Fundraiser. Please note that we need to secure funding by April 25, 2025, to proceed with the necessary arrangements. Your timely support will greatly assist us in making these events a reality.
